It's FINALLY done - the Debbie Bliss Lace & Bobble Jacket!
(this picture looks a little weird b/c the waistband in my skirt is standing away from my body in a strange way - I have to sew this part flat - damn RTW skirts! You would think that with an Eileen Fisher skirt, you wouldn't have these problems, but anyway...)
I am also almost done seaming the yellow lace & cable sweater and I have one more inch to go on the red/orange Coquette Lace Tube top. I also sewed all of the seams on the upper section of the Surplice Bodice Camisole and did the picking up around the neck, armholes and back - now working on the bottom lace section. I am on a mission to finish all of my UFOs (except Fifi) by the end of next week. Pics to come later this week!

Wow... rolling right along. I'm impressed!

OK ROBIN
I'm going to be brutally honest! UGH here goes........ I HATED this pattern when you originally showed it, I thought it was so busy with too much gingerbread that it was going to be OBNOXIOUS!!!!!!! I saw a real disaster ahead for this one......you are so petite that I thought those bobbles would drown you! or at least attack when you turned your head.......BUT
Why must you and Sandra constantly prove to me that my mind is WEAK????!!!!!!! THAT JACKET IS STUNNING!!!!!!! It looks so nice on you! the color is wonderful the bobbles are wonderful the fit is perfection! You have gained such a high level of precision in your knitting (and seaming) that you may come to a point where people WON'T BELIEVE YOU WHEN YOU TELL THEM THAT YOU MADE IT YOURSELF!!!!!! BRAVA!!!!!!!!
I BOW AT YOUR FEET YOU KNITTING DIVA!!!!!!!

That turned out really well. It looks like it will be quite a versatile little number.

Woman, that sweater is to die for! It is very flattering to you . . . the color, the shape, everything . . . a big winner!
Hope to see you at Stitches!

That's a gorgeous sweater it truly is. I think it looks "fabu" on you especially in that first picture...because of where you are standing the Southern Living wrought iron wall sconce looks like a crown or headpiece and the candle matches the sweater color perfectly!
I guess you don't have to ask me how I know it's from Southern Living At Home...
