YAY! Glad you are learning!! Glad this week was better than last lol.

Heather R

Congrats on the class. I'm the same way with grades. ;-p

Maryanne

WOO HOO!!! Congratulations Robin! And so glad the shirt is coming together so nicely :)

Marin

Despite all that stuff I said about relaxing and enjoying, it's pretty cool you got a good grade too.

Jenny

Yay! I'm so glad you're back in love with the sewing. I definitely got bit by the sewing bug again too. Did you see the birthday present that Joe got me?

Melanie

Way to stick with it! Some skills are harder to learn than others, and sewing definitely takes time and patience (not my forte, but you're more motivated!). Congrats!

Kim

Wow, how do you grade skirts?

Bobbi

I'm glad to hear it's working out for you now! Pretty soon I'll be jealous of your knitting skills AND your sewing! LOL

Sharon

congratulations!

Monica

That's wonderful, Robin! I'm so glad to hear your happy with your class and that the skirts got good grades. I can't wait to see the shirt. Maybe I can get some pointers from you on mine!

Kasia

Congrats on B+ that's great! You see it was all worth the effort!

Ruby

Delighted for you. Its so hard not to be tough on yourself when you're that type of person. My daughter's just received exam results and despite getting A grades is still disappointed in her performance because she knows she could have done better! What do you do?

xx

Glad you are feeling better about your progress. There are simply things that take longer to learn than others. Don't let yourself get discouraged and consider every "error" something that contributes to your knowledge.

Michelle

Yay! See you didn't have anything to worry about!

About Me

  • I love to knit and sew, although not as obsessively as I used to. Now I'm more focused on quality over quantity as I have less free time to work on crafting now that I have started a new, more demanding (but rewarding) job. I'm RobinM on Ravelry and RobinMCPA on Twitter if you want to stop by and say hi!
