Rock on Sister! Are you using the CHI flat iron? I LOVE mine!

Carol

Very nice! You are turning into a kickin' seamstress!

and I love my flat iron too! So easy...

Lara

The dress looks great! I love the wrap dresses you are sewing and I love the print on this one.

Michelle

Very nice! The dress looks great!!!

Roslyn Hazen

I wish I could sew like that. I'm starting with some drapes though!

kozykitty

Looks great! I love the print! It has an ethnic feel to it!

sandra

I guess one of these days you could sew wrap dress with your eyes closed!:)

Debby

You look so happy in your dress. I'd never guess there are auditors at your company this week!

meg

Dress came out great, I really like the print.

adrienne

It looks WONDERFUL!!!!

marjorie

Very nice. The selection of prints you've chosen for that pattern and others is wonderful.

Kat

Looks great, Robin! Would you believe I had similar issues? In fact, I just corrected what I perceived to be the problem on my muslin--thinking the bust apex was not in the right place for me. Last night I made the alteration so this pattern should be good to go. I have the fabric for it and this pattern is on my to-do list.

LaKaribane

You know, you're not helping me control the Pattern Addiction thing at all!

I'm making a list of the ones you make because IMO, we're about the same size and height.

On that topic, would you mind telling which alterations you do? I use BWOF and they rec doing two in the bust lenght: btw shoulder and bust and another btw bust and waist. I'm a bit puzzled that Big 4 patterns only seem to have the alteration lines at the waist or hips/skirt.

So what do you do, usually?

Jeanine

Where's my dress???

Kat

Okay, Kreative Genius! (Yes, you!!) I nominated you for the Kreativ Blogger award, but I'm betting you already received a nomination.

Kasia

Adorable! You did again an amazing job!

tiennie

It looks great, but more importantly, it looks so comfortable!

Jenny

Did I not comment on this yet? I must have gotten distracted by our set of auditors. Oh, how I hate those people. I love the dress though!

Claire

OH my gosh...you are SO incredibly talented! It blows my mind!

About Me

  • I love to knit and sew, although not as obsessively as I used to. Now I'm more focused on quality over quantity as I have less free time to work on crafting now that I have started a new, more demanding (but rewarding) job. I'm RobinM on Ravelry and RobinMCPA on Twitter if you want to stop by and say hi!
