Those first few stitches, first few rows --- they are so exciting and promising, aren't they?

We love Whole Foods too. Their cheese department is incredible too. And their meat and seafood rocks too. Just love that place. We fondly call it "whole paycheck". :)

Arizona

Whole Foods (or Ho Foods, as I like to call it) does have nicer produce, but its pricey! If you have a farmer's market nearby, go there for your fruits & veggies. Farmer's markets are typically a bit pricey, as well, but the taste is totally worth it! Tomatoes actually taste like tomatoes when they come from local growers.

That is going to be gorgeous. I love the teal color you've chosen! It sounds like you've gotten a great start to your week off! Enjoy!!

Sounds like a perfect morning! I wish I was able to rise that early and work out and be responsible! Love that SKC Broderie -- can't wait to see more!

I love the Whole Foods sushi counter. They make me my "special needs" sushi & seem happy to accommodate me. I love that they carry pretty much any wacked out produce item I can think up too. But I definitely paid for that Chayote Squash's airfare from Costa Rica for sure. lol.

I have yet to get to a Whole Foods (the closest is quite a drive away), but I'd like to see what it has. I agree with Arizona about Farmer's Markets. I find them excellent (second only to the stuff I grow in my yard!) and cheaper. (Those in NYC also sold meat and fish, but not around here.) Specialty stores do seem to have fresher veggies than my supermarket, but I find it important to buy what is in season. Sometimes a specialty store will have beautiful looking produce that isn't in season, but it doesn't taste that great.
