I realized I hadn't shown a photo of one of the B5147 sheath dresses I made that I happen to be wearing today. Here it is, sans sweater. I'm wearing it with and without the sweater throughout the day depending on what I'm doing/who I'm meeting with. I also decided to leave my new comfy Ecco leather flipflops on that I walked from the train in, at the encouragement of my friend/coworker/photographer JoAnn.
Something's off about the fit on this one - this is one of the earlier ones I made (actually the first one I made tapering the bottom) and I think I messed something up on either the seam allowances around the waist to hip or the fisheye darts, but it's wearable and comfortable.

This is the perfect dress to wear to work in the heat that the Chicago area has been having over the last few days.
This is great.

I can't tell there is any wonkiness going on. I think it looks good. You are on a roll with that pattern. Have you worn the tissue paper out yet? =)

Wow! You are a sewing machine. Wait, that came out wrong :)

if you think something is wonky, then is must be so, maybe you just feel it, as we can not see it. from experience: some fabrics - as you must know - can be cut horizontal as in crosswise from how it came from the weaving machine, others absolutely will sag if you do that. BUT.. there are fabrics you should cut upside up, neckline up to where the last of your piece of fabric came from the weavingmachine. Look at the small print on the edge, maybe there is a millname or dots to check colors and prints. Look before you buy fabric how they are printed on the edges, it may differ in America from in Europe, once you know this, you can always do the stretchingproof. Stretch the fabric sideways and lengthways in two directions, if there is lengthwise more stretch in one direction then the other, it might be wise to pay attention to this.Obviously, with printed fabric you will not have a problem, with solid colouring it may even only show when you had just enough fabric and decided to place one patternpart " upside down" . After the first washing or drycleaning the shine may be different. This pattern suits you very well, are you what they call a "petite"?

In areas that require more protection, you can also find cycle compounds that are able to provide it.

I'd be interested to hear. The TOS seems pretty clear that it is not without express permission by Amazon. I guess if the library, he obtained, in writing, then they would be ok.
